My leadership journey began twenty-five years ago.
After a decade at CBS Radio and several foundational years at Google, I built and led teams at Pandora (2009–2018) and Reddit (2018–2024), managing key partnerships with companies like Apple, Microsoft and Samsung. During those years, I navigated IPOs, rapid growth, and major market shifts.
